The promotional discounts indicated on the shelves are not often made at the checkout, you have to ask for them. Either it's intentional and illegal, or you're mismanaging the shelves. The most unbearable thing is when you point out the promo displayed on the shelves at the checkout and the cashier calls another saleswoman and says: “go check if the customer is telling the truth.” It's humiliating for the customer, it assumes I'm lying. Or is it done on purpose to make the customer uncomfortable to dissuade them from asking at the checkout for the promotional price displayed on the shelves? You should train yourself in customer relations... Stop forcing us to make a donation at the checkout by purchasing an item for €3. You're doing it wrong and it feels like a sell-out where you feel forced. It's not healthy in customer relations. Otherwise, you should learn that your rabbits should not eat such a quantity of carrots and peppers, it is bad for their health, do not give them so much!!

A young woman running around while her colleagues chat... I waited 15 minutes for an exchange the store was full, she received no help, no support from her colleagues. There were at least four of them chatting near the desks at the entrance while the cashier didn't know where to turn. I worked in retail for two years and we have values of support and customer service which clearly were not taken into account that day. Whatever happens, we don't let a colleague in this mess or a customer wait more than fifteen minutes for an exchange (the cashier told the people near the offices but they left me standing there for 15 minutes) The (only) young woman who worked was very pleasant to me even though we could clearly feel her stress and the store is always well maintained, I get good advice. I still want to emphasize it. I pass regularly. But then, the shock! I leave a comment not to harm the team but so that this type of situation no longer happens, for the well-being of the employees.

I am a regular customer of maxi zoo, firstly I take a bucket with self-service pellets when I get home I realize that there are worms in it... I bring it back and when they look in the buckets and the food was all infected with worms... secondly I went to the maxi zoo on Wednesday to buy a packet of food for my rabbits I got it for 10€44 I gave a 50€ note and logically they should give me back 39.44 € the problem is that I trusted the trainee who was at the checkout at that time I didn't look at everything but the rendering was not fair I was missing 20€ on the rendering so I called maxi zoo and they tell me that no there was no difference in currency so she returned them all I ask if they look at the surveillance cameras they tell me that there is none but of course!! The customer therefore has no chance of knowing if we have not returned it!! Very disappointed.
